Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
TWM currently uses UKG Pro to upload employee data into UKG Dimensions where we use the Time & Attendance application. The problems the product addresses is solving the ability for managers to quickly edit employee timesheets, and to review/edit/approve employee time-off requests. Also, the timesheet approval process is significantly cleaner than our previous application.
- Streamline timesheet approvals
- Quickly approve or deny time-off request
- Ability to comment on an ee's punches for a particular day
- Ability to transfer employee's into other labor categories
- Our employee's struggle with duplicate timesheet punches; UKG should implement functionality to disqualify or automatically remove a duplicate punch
- Historical edit functionality should be "part of the package" for HR & Payroll staff, not a "add-on".
- I find running canned reports to be a little cumbersome & clumsey; seems it could be more user friendly

My organization previously used Ultimate Time Management, and the UKG Pro suite of products has a much more robust platform that other applications
