Putting the process back into the hands of the associate's rather than putting the work on our managers. This being a self service system they should take responsibility for their own taxes, contact information, etc. Also, when the shut down in 2020 happened this became the location where they found out information so it's something they've become used to checking UKG for anything new. Communicating with everyone has been so important.
During the shutdown I responded to 5,000 unemployment claims and having all that information in UKG made my life so much easier. I appreciate all the information available at my fingertips.
The customer service and advancements in their system have really depleted over the last 5 years.
