UKG has been a great next step for our organization!

UKG Pro is our main timekeeping and payroll solution for our organization. Our needs in a payroll system involve several different types of employment, including temporary and contracted in addition to full and part time. We also have needs to manage payroll across multiple business units that are all part of the same EIN#. UKG allows us to be able to navigate different earning types as well.

Our hiring process and HR management have become more centralized under UKG Pro. Previously, we had a homegrown solution that tracked our employee performance data. Our IT department had to manage any updates and maintenance of this system. We were also limited in the functionality. Our hiring was done in a few different ways, but now is contained within one platform. We can approve roles in the system and post them in places automatically.

As the Director of Finance, one of our primary services to the company is budget maintenance. Previously we had to go to great lengths to get data to build our labor budgets. With UKG Pro, we have the insights to be able to create more accurate budgets with reports including data that would have taken a lot of time to pull together. Our payroll team now plays an integral role in creating our labor budgets, and UKG Pro is a primary reason why.
