Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We are within the usage handle and have been exceptionally awed by our user group and how well-organized they are. We have been well guided through the method of taking two companies on two distinctive frameworks and combining them into one. We are looking forward to having one universal system that is able to be utilized through complete worker involvement and work travel.

Great product for all users and easy to use for all.
Time management, Attendance sharing, and PTO.
I use this software as the basis for my personal improvement and it also provides smooth company human capital, talent management, administrative work, and payroll management. When we make the best planning and proper use of human capital, then we get to bring our highest productivity to the company. At present time, this software is known for more information and tools.
UKG Pro is excellent software for its better performance and technical support for smartphone software, browsers on laptops or computers, tablets, ERP systems, etc. The company uses it for updating employees' information, office maintenance, arranging for training needs assessment (TNA), and inputting all the company's databases into the Human resources information system (HRIS).

Some product capabilities are a little bit confusing. I cannot build a workflow in which I can search and select from a people selection tool. It would be easier to integrate it with my other programs. When a problem arises, the resolution is very dependent upon the individuals assigned. Thus, multiple tabs are required to arrange something, like a vacation.
