UKG Pro is a great and easy to use product!

My organization utilizes UKG Pro HCM, UKG Payroll Services, UKG Workforce Management, UKG Recruiting, UKG Onboarding, and UKG People Analytics for daily operations. The product addresses business problems such as Talent Acquisition, accurate employee employment records, seamless time and labor integration, and precise employee pay.

We managed to centralize the payroll under UKG Pro HCM. The greatest benefit for our organization is that employee pay is accurate, thanks to the seamless integration between UKG Workforce Management and UKG PRO HCM. Employee confidence that they will receive precise pay helps with employee retention.

I am the senior HRIS analyst for UKG Pro in my organization. I am always looking for ways to help support my coworkers across multiple business units company-wide. I can curate the employee experience through the highly customizable home page. I can create this experience based on business unit and role. The ability to update this page easily and quickly provides the employees with an understanding that they value, reduces their stress, and increases their productivity as everything relevant is in their vision front and center.
