Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We are currently using UKG Pro for our Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Performance Management, Timekeeping, and People Data. This helps us have all of our people's information inside one system, allowing seamless integration.

Pros

  • Support (Recently).
  • Performance Management is clunky.

  • It has helped us to manage headcount.
  • Easily track employees through the recruiting and onboarding process (less errors).
  • Reduce the amount of payroll corrections.
We have been able to centralize our payroll, benefits, and people management. This is helped us to reduce errors in these processes.
Because it is a SAAS solution and I can access it from anywhere, it has helped me help people from anywhere in the world. This April, I am headed to the Middle East to spend time with my brother (who is in the Navy). Because UKG is available anywhere, I will be able to work from there while he is at work. Then, I will get to travel home with him from deployment.
