UKG is a Full Suite of Powerful HRIS Products.
Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We have the full suite of UKG products. We must use the HRSD to streamline workflows via People Assist requests, and the Document Manager houses our certifications and licensure (which we have a lot of since we are a healthcare organization). We look forward to fully integrating the WFM timekeeping system with the UKG HCM.
Pros
- Document organization and filing.
- Business workflows and processes.
- Scheduling and timekeeping.
- Benefits administration.
Cons
- None of the various modules are fully integrated.
- API interfaces sometimes fail.
- Some products, such as the HRSD, don't have a clear road map.
- The annual performance review process is streamlined and tied to salary worksheets for merit increases.
- Advanced scheduling helps us to flex staff off when business levels are low.
- Easy to keep track of expenses during common date merit increase.
Documentation is centralized in the HRSD, and payroll is centralized in UKG; there is no need to contract with outside vendors. Everything in one place is a seamless experience for the manager and employee.
I am the Total Rewards specialist, and UKG has provided the tools I need (via reporting, salary plans, goals plans, etc.) to review equity and pay grades across departments and the organization. With one glance, I can review reports showing me exactly where we are regarding salary equity and compression.
- Ascentis (discontinued)
UKG is far more powerful, with a fully integrated suite of advanced modules. Integrating AI is a priority, and this is in line with the currently evolving way of doing business.
