Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Love It! I have been using UKG Pro for well over 10 years now and I think that it has really grown over time. I have seen the new improved features and system upgrades over the years. It has been a journey implementing the new Dimensions System for our company. We have been a part of some very challenging obstacles, but still the consultants have been able to assist us in overcoming them. I would recommend that you give them a try!

Pros

  • Assist in Payroll processing

Cons

  • Recruiting module should be upgraded to allow custom enhancements.
  • Onboarding module should be upgraded to allow custom enhancements.
  • We have been able to StreamLine 80% of our entities to UKG Pro system.
  • Over 50% of our US locations now utilize the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • All employees have been able to download and access the Mobile App for easy access
Recruiting - We have over 50 location in the US and they were all using a different system for Recruiting. We have been able to Streamline this process for all locations to use this 1 system.
I would say the the Reporting section of UKG Pro has really assisted me in reducing my time. In the past I had to manually enter data for state reporting. This system has effectively reduced my stress levels during certain times of the year when reporting is due. I have been able to use this time in other areas now.
Customer Service alone has been a tremendous change coming from ADP to UKG.
In the beginning the system wasnt quite as upgraded on the technical side but it has since them implemented some great changes that have been a great success for us.

I would say that UKG has a great deal to offer it customers. It will really depend on your company needs to ensure that UKG is a great fit for you!
