Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for payroll administration, time management, Paid Time Off, Human Resource Administration, comp planning and benefits since 2017. We have been extremely happy with the training we have received and the community which which empowers us to find answers to solve our issues and enhance the product.

1) We have been updating our Leave of absence with platform configuration. This has centralized our data entry between HR and Payroll departments.
2) We are able to use UKG as a hub for all employee information
3) We have a central repository for merit planning.
We have been struggling with compliance and accuracy of data entry. Payroll takes pride in making sure all employees are paid correctly and therefore HR has always entered changes into a manual spreadsheet to ensure the Payroll Dept checks HR's work before processing payroll. This past year we removed that spreadsheet and created an automated log with the use of BI to make sure payroll is aware of all the changes - systematically. This example and report was found on The UKG Community and it has saved us hours of work, tons of stress, increased productivity and better accountability between departments.
We felt that Workday's sole focus was on the finance department and did not understand our needs.

1) We have been able to provide leadership with a good view of headcount and turn over. This could be improved in the functionality of history reporting around allocation. It is hard to report on allocation history.
2) We have been able to customize our system with platform functionality to improve our leave of absence process.
