Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Utilize for paycheck information, education cerification, powerbi reports. Employees enjoining the systems but we do have problems contacting the rep to get additional help and build out reports. Since layoffs took place last year it has been hard having good customer service, but the product is good. It is user friendly.
