Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We upgraded to UKG Pro from ADP. The implementation did not go very well.

Pros

  • The dashboard is nicely laid out

Cons

  • The implementation was a mess.
  • The thirty party implementation partner we used was terrible
  • We spent 2 million dollars and 18 months and it was not a great launch
We had to cancel everyones direct deposit for the first payroll run and print paper checks because there was no confidence in the launch
I like the way the dashboard is laid out
