Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

In our organization, We utilize UKG Pro core globally for all of our employee records as well as the recruiting module and time off module.

Pros

  • Their customer service is amazing.

Cons

  • Operating as more of a global solution.
  • One our staff we have a UKG expert who has truly helped us bridge the gap between system needs and system capabilities.
