Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

time and attendance - exempt employee PTO. just rolled out PTO usage so having initial struggles

Pros

  • managers duplicate entries
  • informative error messages

Cons

  • better help for exempt pto entry
  • better notification functionality for entries
  • employee satisfaction
  • negative engagement currently with recent rollout of exempt PTO tracking
timekeeping
reduced stress regarding time management
pretty intuitive overall
