Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

We use UKG Pro for our payroll

  • More robust reporting technology
  • Easy to track performance management
Ability to create reports for management
Having used Workday, as a comparison, I think Workday seems to have a better product in terms of functionality and ease of use compared to UKG Pro.
