Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Our company uses UKG Pro with WFM, Payroll, LMS, and HRSD. We have a diverse workforce of teams that work mainly outdoors in vegetation services. UKG Pro helps us directly address needs of those at our frontline by allowing us to onboard and train our new employees and continue training our existing employees very quickly. We also have processes in place to help fulfill out weekly payroll for our frontline workers no matter the job they have.

Pros

Cons

  • Improved Search within Pro. The search makes it hard to sometimes find employes due to constantly having to change the Role one is searching as well as the existing filters next to the search bar. A "smart" search would be helpful.

  • Using UKG Pro has had a significant positive impact on our hiring/recruiting efforts. We have been able to utilize all tools to be able to hire and onboard frontline workers in as fast as 24 hrs thanks to what UKG offers.
I have not worked on efforts for centralization as of yet
Working within UKG Reporting/Cognos has saved me considerable time in being able to use pre-built reports to deliver accurate and useful data to leadership in record time! I have enjoyed not only the prebuilt reports but also the delivered packages so that I can also develop my own, more granular reports to save myself and my team hours of time per week.
I love the usability overall, the UI/UX is not always the best, but I see there are changes and improvements slowly rolling out which is exciting. The search feature as well as some features within WFM and Recruiting are challenging to work with, but I am positive it will get better.

UKG Pro is a good tool to help with almost all HR/HCM needs. The minor cons are definitely outweighed by the benefits of being able to deliver results to our internal customer and that is our most important job.
