Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro

Recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, time tracking, performance reviews, HRSD. Faster onboarding <24 hours for 1/3 of new hires, allows integration with 3rd party time tracking, allows customized training and curricula. Our organization employs 6500+ workers in 43 states who are mostly remote. Recruiting/onboarding/training modules allow us to deliver without being face to face.

Pros

  • Payroll: allows import of time from 3rd party time tracker
  • Dynamic reporting abilities in BI
  • Onboarding efficiency

Cons

  • PTO mapping non-existent
  • employee voice not customizable
  • WFM changes are not linked to core
  • improved onboarding process allows new hires on the job faster
  • report scheduling allows analyst time to work on other tasks
  • ACA tracking is easy to run each year

Onboarding module is good except for allowing customized forms. Report works well if you are able to join tables. PTO mapping causes issues when employees change jobs.
