Use Cases and Deployment Scope

UKG PRO is currently being used as our HRIS. Mainly used by the HR department. Access has been given to employees to book days off, view pay stubs, view company documents and policies. We are currently in the midst of installing another module (EFM) so we can become a more paperless organization and have better search and storage measures.

Pros and Cons

Fairly simple and easy to use from an employee's point of view.
Clean layout and design.
Customer support and training.

From an administrators point of view can be a bit messy/confusing defining roles.
Some login issues, timeout times seem to be short.

Return on Investment

Being able to manage most HR activities in one spot has been a huge positive for us.

Performance

Pages load reasonably fast. However, timeout issues seem to be very short. The team often has to login in several times a day. We currently do no integrate with any other software or systems.

Support Rating

Every time we've had an issue or had to reach out to support, someone has always been quick to reply and assist in resolving the issue.

Exceptional Examples of UKG Pro Support

There was an issue with defining and creating roles in our system. Support was able to break it down for us and recommend best practices.

Likelihood to Recommend

UKG Pro is well suited for our small-medium sized company. When hiring and onboarding new employees, it makes it simple to have all their information in one system. Though I've only been using it for a short time, it's fairly simple and straightforward to use. Support has always been helpful and quick to respond.
