Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We initially use UKG for payroll but have expanded into other personnel functions.
  • Like the app availability.
  • Easy and straight forward to use, not a lot of training needed.
  • Facilitates team management.
  • Some features are hard to find at first.
  • Sometimes to app is better suited for a function than the desktop.
  • Allowed us to effectively manage employees with very limited HR staff.
  • Allows employees to self-manage several HR tasks.
  • One software program rather than several.
I have not experienced any IT-type issues. Once operational, very seamless.
Based on feedback from my HR person, UKG is very responsive to requests.
Payroll for sure is good and managing individuals once part of the company is straightforward. I haven't done much with the onboarding function.
