Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We currently use HR Core, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, time management/payroll, ACA, and performance development. It has allowed employees to view information much easier than before when most things were hard copy. We have saved so much time and created efficiencies across the company in every one of the areas we leverage UKG.
- Customer service is awesome! I can put a ticket in with any question and I have someone following up right away by email and phone. I can always access someone to help and everyone is so pleasant.
- There are no hidden charges! UKG listens to its customers and implements changes to make the user experience better and we don't get charged for them making their product better, which is how it should be.
- The online training and resources they provide are awesome.
- The main area would be in the performance management module. We purchased this over a year ago, but wanted something that could function more as a performance development system - real time feedback, no annual reviews, not ratings/etc. and that could easily allow for peer feedback. This wasn't available so we had to kind of hodgepodge things together to make the system work for how we wanted to, but it is definitely clunky and somewhat hard for our employees to grasp because the system isn't designed to do what we are doing.
- We wish the recruiting system would allow for texting to candidates. We instead had to purchase Google Voice and manage this outside of the system which is a bit of a pain.
- Ability to manage all HR activities within one platform.
- Major time savings due to easy use and efficiency.
Yes. I needed to set up some notifications within Performance Management and wanted them. I had tried everything I could to learn on my own, but it was very overwhelming and there was no way I would have built it correctly. I opened a ticket and figured I would get charged for this, but instead I was told they would definitely help. I arranged two calls with customer support and the man that worked with me was absolutely amazing and took the time to teach me and not just do it for me. The notifications work perfectly and I don't think I would have gotten this type of service and help from any other provider.
