Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is used companywide. We use the benefits platform as well as payroll processing, taxes, onboarding, and business intelligence reporting. It helps us process payroll accurately and in a timely way. Benefits are housed in core, which makes it easier to write reports and pull reports from business intelligence. Employees are able to log in and change their W-4s as well as look at and download their W-2s and pay stubs. We also use the applications on our phones for easier and more readily available information.
- BI reporting--you can write your own reports and, if running into issues, you can create a case where someone will reach out and help walk you through it.
- Customer support--if any issues occur during payroll processing, benefits, taxes, or anything in between, rapid response is always available to help.
- Creating a case--sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to get attention to a case or have it resolved.
- BI reporting--since the update to AI, it has been more difficult to write reports, however there is a learning curve.
- Time savings when it comes to report writing.
Workday is by far the most user-friendly system. The report writing with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is a lot simpler than in Workday.
I had two business intelligence cases open, and while I was on a call working on one of them, the agent was able to assist me with the other case that I had open and we were able to close it out. Two birds, one stone.
