Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
We utilize UKG Ready for employee management and time keeping. We are a company of about 200 employees and have been using UKG for several years at this point. You are able to upload documents to employee accounts, and can maintain vacation balances. There is a ease of use that is good for all payroll personnel.
- Time Keeping is done very well, especially in calculating current pay period hours
- Vacation balances and the way that is managed is excellent
- Ease of updating employee data makes using the system very easy
- It is a little difficult to update employee socials if they are a permanent resident or in the process of obtaining a social security number.
- Ease of tracking time, which eliminates adding unnecessary hours
- Ability for salary employees to clock in to allow tracking of any reported overtime
The system has helped ease the way we verify employee time. Previously, if an employee had a discrepancy with their time, we had no real way to verify their hours. Now, we can assure the employee that the time clock will grab our the correct clock in and out time. It also works really well in that, if the clock is temporarily down, if an employee still swipes, it will register the time when the clock is running again.
