Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use time, attendance, FMLA, ACA, & Payroll The product meets all our HR & Payroll needs
  • Reporting is probably the best feature of WFR, it is easy to create and modify your own reporting needs while filtering the data and exporting.
  • Using FMLA, ACA, & Points helps us manage our associate data effectively.
  • Self Service
  • Attendance(points) process could use some improvement. Setting up and maintaining I find easier than WFC however we lost some functionality in the automatic processing as well as document generation.
  • FMLA module has a lot of restrictions on setup and has to be handled manually.
  • Not all fields for data entry are effective data which cause some issues in changing associates profiles in a timely manner.
  • biggest ROI is we not longer have to engage for upgrades, all upgrade/enhancements are done automatically
  • All legislative updates are automatically applied
Very user-friendly product, everything is profile based assigned to associates.
once you have a good understanding of how assigning to the associates the flexibility works well.
Reporting and self-service are easy to use.
We have some data feeds, once configured they work well. This is an extra service to get data feed created for you.
Not having to deal with any patches, upgrades, and legislative updates has saved a ton of time and stress.
We came for Kronos WFC, since we have around 400 associates this product was more cost effective for us.

Yes - We had Kronos workforce central, and moved to cloud hosted UKG Ready

no longer having to plan an upgrade every few years to stay on the most current version
Wouldn't change anything except being prepared for new setup. Thought we could transfer from WFC to WFR but was better to start fresh.

Pretty good detail, I was also a part of the configuration of the product.
Pretty good online training, you have many how to options and can watch them several times. It can be hard at times to dig through the amount of data online but can usually find what you are looking for. Also you can download documentation for setting up the profiles and policies.

Configuring UKG Ready

Not to limited has multiple options, can get sometimes confusion on options but testing is simple to work through.
When using implementation team, work with them directly to learn how to configure.

We have some data feeds for 3rd party benefits.

Yes - Eventually you find out in a patch or upgrade that they are fixed, UKG could do a better job informing those who report the issue.
Very helpful when we had to configure rules for California timesheets.
fast response solving most issues with one call, only issue with KGS is when a bug is reported, would like to see a faster update and better communication after it is addressed.
