Pros
- Reporting is probably the best feature of WFR, it is easy to create and modify your own reporting needs while filtering the data and exporting.
- Using FMLA, ACA, & Points helps us manage our associate data effectively.
- Self Service
Cons
- Attendance(points) process could use some improvement. Setting up and maintaining I find easier than WFC however we lost some functionality in the automatic processing as well as document generation.
- FMLA module has a lot of restrictions on setup and has to be handled manually.
- Not all fields for data entry are effective data which cause some issues in changing associates profiles in a timely manner.
- biggest ROI is we not longer have to engage for upgrades, all upgrade/enhancements are done automatically
- All legislative updates are automatically applied
Not having to deal with any patches, upgrades, and legislative updates has saved a ton of time and stress.
We came for Kronos WFC, since we have around 400 associates this product was more cost effective for us.

No, standard works fine for us.
Yes - Eventually you find out in a patch or upgrade that they are fixed, UKG could do a better job informing those who report the issue.
Very helpful when we had to configure rules for California timesheets.
