Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

UKG Ready is used for payroll and HR 360, from onboarding, performance reviews, recruiting, and termination. It addresses problems with inconsistency, paper documents, clean reports and data analysis, and streamlined processes.

Pros

  • Easy to use with detailed instructions that are easy to find.
  • Great customer support.
  • Level of customization to fit your specific needs is outstanding.

Cons

  • There are many updates, but with the updates, sometimes the help articles get outdated quickly.
  • The password/authentication process (recently improved).
  • Would like to be able to access community within UKG ready, not a separate login.
  • Employee engagement.
  • All in one solution.
  • Learning module saved time and money.
Usability is unbeatable compared to other systems I have worked with.
The rating was because of the integration "specialist." Aside from all other implementations in UKG, the integration contact was subpar.
The onboarding eliminated stress and made the process faster for the new hires and me.
UKG ranks far above all else.
