Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

It is being used as our HRIS system. We use it for recruitment, onboarding and have developed the performance management process in it. Additionally, we track all of our employee training in the system. It is great for reporting as it has a lot of flexibility in how you can develop your reports.

The updates have helped with several of the processes. The layout of the system seems better, there have been improvements to the recruitment module and how things flow in the system. Posting has become easier than it was in the past.
The improvements have made some of my previous challenges easier...the new layout definitely makes it easier and you can toggle between different views. Some of the new features in recruitment have made things easier for our hiring managers...they really seem to like these features.
I think UKG did a nice job with the ease of integration. Initially, when they launched they really supported those changes. There were a lot of video conferences that you could watch that gave you information on the upcoming changes and there was a lot of support from UKG to promote and train these new features.

Some features are good but the recruitment module doesn't flow as easily as it should. The workflow is clumsy and requires extra steps...it doesn't automatically move a candidate through the workflow and it needs to be manually done in multiple places, making it more challenging for both the recruiter and hiring manager. If this was more automated, it would be so much easier.
