Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready)

We use UKG Ready across the whole organization. We use it for Time & Labor, payroll and HR.
  • Quality support
  • Great reporting capabilities
  • Products are seamless and work well together
  • Too many constant changes to the product, it's hard to keep up with
  • Some of the items that were available in the former UI are not offered in the new UI
  • Correcting the semi-monthly weighted-average overtime calculations to reflect what Wage and Hour requires
  • We went from paper timesheets to Kronos, this was a huge improvement.
  • Staff are able to see their data in real time.
  • Payroll has become a more organized process.
UKG Ready was our obvious choice when we compared it to other products. UKG Ready had all the features we wanted and seemed to outshine the other products on the market.
I am really happy with it but still unhappy with our company's build for weighted average overtime as we have to bring the calculation outside of UKG Ready to ensure the employee is being paid correctly.

We are really happy with the time and labor and the payroll features, I would recommend that to other companies or a colleague.

I think Kronos is a great HRIS system but at time it can be overwhelming to navigate for my managers.
