Overall Satisfaction

We are using UltiPro as our main HRIS system with every employee having acces to see their salary and make changes to their benefits as well as their personal information. UltiPro is being used as a Recruiting tracker tool as well, however we are not using it for payroll.

I was not part of the selection process for UltiPro here as it was rolled out before my hire date. I've used various HRIS systems prior and one great thing about UltiPro is that it's user friendly and easy to navigate. Support and training can be better and it would allow for the system to be more functional and properly used.
Not sure what will happen at renewal, but we are currenly looking at other options where every little thing does not have to be custom and paid for in addition as well as something that would have better support.
Depending on the needs of the company, it is a relatively user friendly system, but I wish there was more support and training that can be done for the system.
Some of their new features can be great if used correctly, but unfortunately the training and support are not really there.
