Overall Satisfaction

We have recently migrated our Payroll, HRIS and Time & Attendance.
  • One system of record, which avoids any conflicting info
  • Seamless flow of data
  • User friendly
  • The reporting tool could use some flexibility
  • The T& A module could a better filtering tool on the timesheets. As an administrator, it is sometimes hard to pull the info needed without having to pull reports.
  • We have only been live for a month...
Ulti was a more flexible system in terms of customization. Also, it is capable to connect with all our vendors seamlessly which saves us time & money.
Our conversion was not an easy task, but we had their support through the entire process. We are impressed with the way the info flows and the reporting we can achieve with BI reports.
So far, we have had a positive experience with Ultipro. The EE portal is a great communications tool for EE's, the system has many capabilities and is very flexible compared to ADP in different areas. The salary planning tool is great. Also, if your organization is in need to do specific tracking, you can create custom fields and create reports based on them.
