Ultipro is used in our company for payroll purposes. It is very user friendly. Our payroll is done in a four hour turn around and the program is great, if there are errors most can be fixed in a quick manner. There are a multitude of reports available and are very useful to verify data and cross reference purposes. I would recommend ultipro for anyone looking for payroll system.
  • I can process payroll quickly. Our payroll as previously mentioned as a four hour turnaround and even errors can be addressed in the timeframe necessary,
  • Online support is very helpful! Addresses most questions without having to call directly.
  • It is very user friendly. I have never managed payroll and was able to learn the program quickly.
  • Call center needs to be more proficient in answering calls in a timely manner.
  • Response for call backs should be done faster.
  • After updates have been done, if an error is found within the program a general email should be sent to companies who had updated their systems so they are aware.
  • Payroll is processed quickly.
  • Employee's questions are easily answered by retrieving it from the system.
ADP has a longer payroll return and ultipro is immediate. Additional benefits include answering employee questions quickly such as employee rates, addresses and any other employee information needed. Reports from ADP are not has detailed as Ultipro. ADP also direct deposit is a two day delay and ultipro is same day.
The company has been using Ultipro for 21 years we have found that this is the best company available for our needs. In our company payroll is done within a four hour turn around and it is great that the errors can fixed quickly and efficiently in order to transmit in the time needed.
