Overall Satisfaction

My parent company implemented UltiPro for all of the sister companies. We have been using it for almost 2 years. Currently the only module working is Payroll. They plan to implement recruiting, onboarding, performance management and benefits. HR dept is responsible for payroll and UltiPro tech support for staff. It will hopefully be a one stop shop for everything we need in HR. Not thrilled with the recruiting/onboarding modules as I don't see them transferring the data to the HR portal so I forsee more data entry. The recruiting tool is cumbersome for applicants to complete an application. Not sure if it will negatively impact candidate flow. We will see once implemented. The payroll tool works well.
  • One stop shop
  • Good tech support tools
  • Reporting capabilities
  • Applicant tracking module. I've heard negative feedback from colleagues in my field that the candidate flow significantly decreased due to the lengthy application process.
  • The information from onboarding does not transfer fully to the HR module. Documents don't transfer
  • Not an easy option to notify IT and others who are involved in the new hire onboarding process.
  • Employee ownership of timecards and time off requests
  • ADP
Seems like UltiPro has more flexibility in making the modules customized to you.
The cost to change and time to make a change is too great. We hope to implement more modules of UltiPro.
Tech support is implementing the product. It took us a long time to iron out the kinks in implementing the first modules. Our contract ran out to then implement other areas and the cost has increased significantly.
