Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use Ulti Pro for HR, benefits, recruiting and payroll functions. We use Manager Self-Service and Employee Self-Service and is used across the whole organization which starts with the restaurant managers entering new hires. We manage all hires, terminations, rate and job changes using MSS. We have recently implemented Open Enrollment in Ulti Pro. Employees elect benefit coverage on line, as well as, enter all direct deposit and W-4 changes in ESS.
- Employee Self-Service - easy access to the portal and is streamlined to assist employees for easy access to their information.
- Payroll processing - importing hours and miscellaneous pay is very easy. The pay creation steps are clearly defined in one dropdown.
- Standard reports are available for most of our payroll audit needs. Eliminates the necessity of creating BI reports and training staff to create and maintain standard reports.
- PTO import from self-service. Would like to see a date option selection so that we could easily process late approved requests without doing them manually.
Ceridian Payroll, ADP Payroll
Ultimate has improved their product dramatically the past few years which is positioning them to be a industry leader. This is the first in-house payroll processing system that I have used but am generally satisfied by the product.
