Ultimate has help ACRT in our strategic goal of making working at ACRT a great working experience! Ultimate has helped us cut down the time our employees spend on administrative tasks and allowed us to become more strategic and nimble!
- Employee and manager self service has been great! We are able to give people the information they need to be able to do their jobs quickly and accurately!
- With Ultimate, benefits administration has become less of a paper process and more about being able to provide our employees with services and information they need to do their jobs!
- Our time keeping system used to be a paper and fax process. With 450+ employees spread out of 32 states, that was a problem! UltiPro Time and Attendance has really helped us create a system that works!
- I use life events for my employees, but the benefit selections come in alphabetical order. I wish I would be able to specify what order the benefits were listed!
- I wish there was a way to change the face of employee self service back to the original page for all users. I know each employee can change it, but the change cause a bit of confusion for my employees.
The report writing, offered training, and the innovations that Ultimate continues to create makes them a far superior choice in HCM systems.
Ultimate is a great tool if you a have the proper resources. It is not for companies that do not have human resources that are needed to implement and maintain the system. Ultimate changes constantly... good changes, but you need to be able to keep up!
