Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use Ultipro to process payroll and for HR. Our employees go there to review their paychecks, do open enrollment and get other information. In HR we use workflow, BI and open enrollment.
  • Business Intelligence
  • Record keeping
  • Audit trail
  • Flexibility and configurability in the benefits (OE and LE) module
  • Webpage organization (like a tab for benefits forms and documents)
Selerix for Open Enrollment. It had more configurability and flexibility than Ultipro for OE. But it was not integrated and everything had to be imported.
It seems to be less appropriate for the benefits module if you have a large employee population with complex benefits.

No product is perfect and implementations are painful

Configuring UltiPro

Ultipro has added configurable fields to its product in the last few years which has helped make it more configurable. We also use the UserDefined Fields a lot to increase the configurability of Ultipro.
