Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We are 'Live' in Canada (effective April 7, 2014). We are implementing Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding for U.S. in October 2014.
  • I think the Core Payroll processing is a great tool. You can customize the payroll model to your company needs
  • The onboarding process is a great tool to allow you to "move" applicants to the Core application
  • BI Reporting offers a powerful tool to perform business analytics.
  • Onboarding paperwork into the Core application needs to be created
  • Canada payroll/payment services/check printing needs improvement and/or creation.
  • More basic setup to be in the .NET side.
Ultipro has a very competitive pricing model and a great support team.
I think the Core Payroll is excellent however, the .NET needs to be enhanced.

We don't want to go back to multi systems.

We have had some trouble with tax payment services getting back with us on time sensitive data.
