Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used by our HR department to manage payroll, recruitment and onboarding. It allows us to have all our HR functionality in one system.

Pros

  • The BI tools in UltiPro are easy to configure.
  • Having a cloud based system has significantly reduced IT investment.
  • User interface is easy to use.

Cons

  • New browser support seems to be lagging.
UltiPro seems to be suited for any size company. It has reduced the time to do payroll from 3 days down to 1 day.

UltiPro Implementation

Implementation was very smooth. Ultimate was great to work with and was very concerned about all aspects of the implementation. We had weekly calls with Ulitmate and they responded well to any outstanding issues.
