UltiPro is being launched in over 144 component companies in our organization. It has led to the discovery and resolution of compliance issues, allows for roll-up reporting and will eventually allow for increased functionality.
- Employee self-service is fairly intuitive and easy to use.
- Core payroll works well and allows all employees to be paid accurately.
- The Ultimate team works hard to resolve issues and to partner with our organization.
- For a decentralized payroll, it is difficult to do items that are only available in the back office such as year-end processing, tax recon and reversing entries.
- The interface between Core and UTA.
- Recruiting and onboarding do not allow for component company security.
- Increased compliance.
- Increased reporting accuracy.
- Ability to obtain comparative data (salary information, etc)
- Employee ownership of data.
