Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Across the company. We have a Master company of a holdings company and 8 companies under the master.
We use it for HRIS, Payroll, Performance management, Recruiting, Time Management, Reporting
Employee self service is a problem we addressed with Ultipro from prior system. We didn't have a self service system prior to Ultipro. Consolidating HR systems makes it easier/efficient for HR team but also for employees to have one system to log in to.
- Ultipro provides self service and accountability to our employees for their own changes.
- Workflows processes has allowed us to eliminate most paper transactions which is more efficient, more accurate, allows for electronic paper trail so things don't get lost which in turn makes for quicker turn around.
- Ultipro is very configurable in many ways to accommodate for individual company needs.
- Payroll is more efficient
- Managers are more involved with their employees records
- I wish that all the modules within Ultipro's system had more of a similar appearance and functionality from the user standpoint. Every module has a different look and different buttons features, etc.
- PTO requests in UTM could be a little easier to modify for our employees. This seems to be a challenge for them.
