Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro for HR and Payroll and benefits administration. It pays our employees in several tax locations

Pros

  • Payroll calculation
  • Ad Hoc Report Capabilities
  • Employee Management

Cons

  • Ability for companies to add their own instructions on web pages
  • There is such a thing as too much communication - I get several emails a day
  • Better testing of releases before released to clients
We've been with Ultimate for 16 years and have been happy overall. It has been too long since we evaluated other systems to answer
The core backoffice product is great and very user friendly

Using UltiPro

We are happy with the product and feel no need to explore other options at this time.
