Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro as our sole HRIS/Payroll product. It is used by the HR and Payroll departments with employees and managers using it for basic self service.
  • Payroll - we never have any problems.
  • Employee self-service - empowering our employees.
  • Customization to our organization always costs extra money.
  • We are such an old customer that many of the add-ons weren't available so that we had to use third party services and now we have so many pieces that are separate.
ADP prior to UltiPro which I know has changed since we were with them. UltiPro was the right product for the cost and for our size.

Using UltiPro

2 - Now that we are hosted we have much less IT support than before. Primarily I am the sole supporter of the system and handle any issues that arise.
