Overall Satisfaction
Ultipro is being used by the whole company of 1250 employees. We have 6 different companies, with different roles and business processes that it supports, including a 24 hours hospital operation. With the companies being across 4 different states and employees working from all over the country it allows staff to have a sign on for their HR needs any and every time.
- The payroll steps are easy to use when processing payroll
- The functionality of all the different modules allow us to have one system for all our HR needs
- Customization of the look helps with our branding as a company
- Taxes have always been a mess with payment services, especially for local taxes
- More mobile functionality
- The impact on paper has significantly decease for the company
- Having the managers able to submit workflow changes has be easier and more efficient
