Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Our entire organization uses UltiPro under myself. We have a group of managers around 100 that use it to manage employees through workflows. Our payroll and HR staff are very active with the UltiPro product and use it day to day for payroll and HR tasks.
- Reporting on almost every system field.
- Time keeping reports and payroll processing.
- Payroll processing could be more user friendly.
- Onboarding and recruitment lack more manager initiated workflows.

Our payroll department does not have much confidence in the product and trusted ADP and their support much more.
