Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is used by the whole organization. It address core exempt employee self service items including annual benefits enrollment. We use it for all core HR/benefit/payroll services.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • Clear strategy for delivering updated technology.
  • SAAS superstars.

Cons

  • When delivering functionality, deliver it fully integrated to BI solutions.
  • Address how cases are handled and closed. Need buy in from the client on case status.
  • Ensure communication on releases is clear.
UltiPro is well suited for a company that wants a fully integrated solution.
