Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We pay 8000 colleagues. All current and former colleagues (about 46000 total) have access to ESS. We used the Annual Enrollment tool.
  • Location based taxes is far, far superior to our old payroll system. We didn't know we had a problem until we tried to migrate.
  • Annual Enrollment works! It is not as flashy as some products, but it works and it is fast to setup.
  • Technically, it works. We just converted from On-Premise to SAAS three months ago, so we are thinking that we don't have it fully setup correctly. Often we hear from support "Well, you could DO it that way." We never feel that we are doing "best practices".
Ask: "If we sign the contact today, when can you have this product up and running? We need a specific day." When we converted from On-Premise to SAAS, those were very vaguely answered because they did not want to commit, before they signed the contract. I understand the vagueness, but only to a point. Ultimate should be able to answer with a scenario: "If you signed by the 15th, we can have the test system running by the 25th." I was left with the feeling that the product might not be installed in 3 months.

Using UltiPro

2 - Because we have dedicated SAAS servers, we have two SQL developers that support the Ultipro System. We can remotely connect to the SAAS database for that support. We also have a job that brings down "some" data on a nightly basis - allowing for us to send all vendor files from our local system.
