Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We pay 8000 colleagues. All current and former colleagues (about 46000 total) have access to ESS. We used the Annual Enrollment tool.
- Location based taxes is far, far superior to our old payroll system. We didn't know we had a problem until we tried to migrate.
- Annual Enrollment works! It is not as flashy as some products, but it works and it is fast to setup.
- Technically, it works. We just converted from On-Premise to SAAS three months ago, so we are thinking that we don't have it fully setup correctly. Often we hear from support "Well, you could DO it that way." We never feel that we are doing "best practices".

2 - Because we have dedicated SAAS servers, we have two SQL developers that support the Ultipro System. We can remotely connect to the SAAS database for that support. We also have a job that brings down "some" data on a nightly basis - allowing for us to send all vendor files from our local system.
