UltiPro is being used across our organization to manage the majority of the employee life cycle aspects.
- Innovative: always looking to improve on what they've built.
- Ulti Staff: You can tell their team enjoys and values working for their company.
- Flexibility: I came from the service bureau world. I love the flexibility I have for configuration and business processes. I don't have to rely on my HR software vendor to make all the changes I need.
- Service: We are a seasoned company and often times we get reps that are too new and don't fully understand the product at the level we need them to.
- Internal communication: We've had many occassions were it takes a long time to get resolution on an issue because the teams don't communicate efficiently.
- Testing: We've found bugs in releases that Ulti hasn't found. They need to do a better job in vetting their releases internally before rolling out to their clients.

Evaluating UltiPro and Competitors
- ADP,Ceridian
The Ulti product is integrated which means it's not necessary to run jobs to move data from one module to another. I really like the flexibility of being able to make configuration changes, create expressions, etc., that service bureaus like ADP and Ceridian don't. The product is very user friendly.

Product usability. We wanted a product that could address some of our needs based on a complex workforce (union & non-union, multi-state) and also leave room for growth. It had to be simple to use and integrated.
I think we would have asked for more 'use-case' demonstrations instead of relying on a standard demo. We didn't have any issues with the selection process as we reviewed other vendors as well and did a full analysis of all 3.
