Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use the integrated payroll and time management, and the recruiting/onboarding modules for staff. We use reporting and benefits firm wide. It simplifies the payroll process, gives instance analysis via BI reporting. The employee recruitment and onboarding workflows make job posting and candidate tracking a breeze.

These two goals go hand and hand. This is a work in progress as we're in the process of achieving this outcome by acting on the recommendations of our strategic process review.

UltiPro was chosen because of pricing for a cloud-based enterprise solution.
Although some customers may prefer more customization through vendor assistance, it is difficult to create internal customs (although this may be less of a concern with the 2015-2016 roadmap).
