Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro is our HRIS for employee data record keeping but is also used for recruitment and payroll processing. It's a tool used throughout the company as a time management system. It is also used for tIme and attendance, payroll, benefit administration, reporting and open enrollment.
  • Open Enrollment - provides a self service tool.
  • Payroll Administration - allows the process of time management and payroll to be a pretty quick and easy process.
  • Reporting - BI is a great tool for providing analytics to management.
  • Time and attendance - issues have happened around PTO resetting mid year.
  • Open Enrollment - would love for a pop up video to occur to help those that are not so computer savvy.
  • BI - I wish more packages were linked together!
Night and day difference. Love all the UltiPro learning and capabilities!
It would depend on how many employees the colleague has and what they need from their vendor. We haven't used every module of UltiPro so I can't speak to Performance Management or Talent Management, but these are areas we would like to get started with.

For what we needed and how we used it, I felt it was just right. Ultipro makes this process so easy by providing assistance over the phone and once you get the hang of it, you are configuring on your own in no time.

While we didn't grow very much since the roll-out of Ultipro, it has the functionality, capability and ease of use that would be necessary to grow exponentially.
