Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
UKG is used in our payroll process as well as for adding new hires and keeping track of our employees' records. Through UKG we keep up with employees' time and attendance as well as accruals. I am able to run all sorts of reports needed from birthdays to anniversaries to employee rosters, etc. If we have audits and they need active employees census reports, it is easily done through UKG. Employees benefits and open enrollment are also processed through UKG.
Pros
- Love the Payroll Chats - when in need of assistance they are really well trained to have patience and guide me through my confusion.
- WebEx training is very well organized and understood.
- UltiPro keeps us posted on upcoming updates/changes and WebEx training.
- Very User Friendly program.
- Our Executive Manager assigned to us is phenomenal. He is always a great person to work with and if I do not know who to contact, he is always able to assist me.
Cons
- Time and Attendance can confuse employees, when looking at their accruals.
We have been with UKG for over 20 years and originally our payroll was processed through UlitPro Backoffice. Over the years we have upgraded to UKG web. We now process our payroll and benefits through the website, and it is much easier. Less time consuming and less paperwork to complete. Absolutely love it!
I have been with Austin Bank 9 years. When I processed payroll through Backoffice it was not user friendly, and it was time consuming. We then moved on over to the web and it is so much easier and less stressful. We can easily import commissions vs having too manually enter information.
