Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

I have not had the opportunity yet to contact support. Looking to meeting our account rep and visiting the office in Atlanta.
We use UltiPro for time management, payroll and benefits for the whole law firm.
  • I love the simplicity for end-users.
  • I know it is a great resource for many areas in the organization that will stream line processes and save time.
  • As a new user, I'm excited to explore all that UltiPro can do, specially from hearing it from other law firms.
  • I'm fairly new to UltiPro and have not encountered any area that would need improvement. Would have to revisit this later on.

I was not there for the online training.
As mentioned before, I'm fairly new but being at the conference with other people who have been using UltiPro for many years is promising of what this software can do for our organization and how much more I can learn to fully utilize the resources provided.
