Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use the payroll and benefits administration. All of our employees use it for pay stub retrieval and benefits enrollment.

Pros

  • Excellent training materials are available.
  • Good level of Ultipro support by account managers etc.
  • Platform configuration.

Cons

  • Future effective dating would be a nice enhancement.
  • Better control over open enrollment configuration - why not platform configuration in the module?
  • Costs savings
Love the BI reporting tool!!!! It's probably the best reporting tool that I have used in any system.
