Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Ultipro is being used across our organization as the core HR software and payroll but not time off or learning. It helps secure and centralize HR info for employees.
  • Good two factor authentication.
  • Good at automating HR management.
  • Easy to access on desktop.
  • Difficult to access on mobile (likely due to organization restrictions).
  • Sometimes unintuitive to navigate.
  • Feels disconnected from some other enterprise applications my company has.

  • Security and peace of mind
Ultipro solves all the basic needs of an HR software but I wish it was a bit easier to navigate. It definitely gets the job done and is a good application.
Ultipro is not as easy to use as many of these apps but has extensive functionality and is very solid.
Good for finding out information about your own HR status and pay. Hard to find some important pages and make benefits changes at times.
