Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

UltiPro was used to process our payroll across the whole organization.
  • Easy to record time easily and users said it was user-friendly.
  • Reporting capabilities within the system were used regularly and with ease.
  • Updates were made timely and applicable with minimal impact once rolled out.
  • User interface was pretty outdated and could use a refreshed look.

Consolidating HR under one solution has not been achieved. Other services/options were used for HR administration, ATS, and Performance.
UltiPro meets some expectations on many things for payroll but would not rise to the top of the list. Based on needs, costs, and expectations, at the time of purchase it made the most sense.
UltiPro is a solid system. The interface is outdated, but capabilities are fine for a mid-sized company.
